Mórrígan Resources
The Mórrígan is one of the most active and relevant forces in our time. We need her now, consciously, as an ally in overthrowing false kings and integrating her lessons of sovereignty - sovereignty of land, community, inner world, body, etc.
It can be challenging to find reliable resources on this complex goddess. Misinformation about Herself and Irish/Celtic myth/tradition is rampant. As an Irish-American, my goal is to honor the traditions of my ancestors without mishandling or appropriating Irish culture, from which my family has been geographically removed for multiple generations. I have compiled a working list of sources here which are, in my opinion and best estimation, those that are in integrity with the original Irish source material. I also include a link to my dissertation for those who wish to read it.
